America has always been about cooperating, innovating, doing it yourself and sharing with others. All of those things build real community. Our Founders did it themselves; we need to return to active community because that brings out the best in all of us.
America Goes Home provides information and the stories of how people do it themselves in all parts of their lives.
Sign up for more information, let us know you want to start working in your county on restoring government by the people or moving your own area towards local commerce. As we are starting you can get in touch and we will put you in touch with others from your area who have contacted us. Soon, we will have meetup groups. You will be able to use those to get in touch with others in your area and begin building your local community. Knowing what works and what does not work takes the process from theory to reality, the most important transition there is.

Through the Clubs you can get the best possible prices we can find for your local commerce, for instance installing solar so that you can get yourself and others in your community off the grid and lower your costs in other ways.

The solutions are out there. People have been working on the problems for years but there was no way to share. Here we leave the labels at the door and work together, learning from each other. There is a lot to be done but together we cannot fail.
